Water
I have been drinking tons of water, per instructions from my doctor, and I'm feeling sooo much better still.Perhaps this was the main thing missing for me. The last fibromyalgia flare-up I had was very mild - lasted a day or two, and I was mobile around the house through it.
So -- maybe it's water that's missing for you, too, if you are suffering from fibro symptoms.
I'm drinking about 100 ounces of water a day - seems like a whole lot, but it doesn't seem like too much anymore!
