One thing that I think really helped me with my shoulder is the stretching exercises. With frozen shoulder, the motions are so greatly reduced. This is very important, I think, in giving the shoulder the chance to heal.

got relief!

I found a good chiropractor, and I have experienced GREAT relief in my shoulder! It is still weak and hurts, but the pain is way reduced. She suspects (as do I) that I actually have frozen shoulder, which is most common in women between 40 - 70 years of age. I'm not that old, but almost 40, so there you go.

I have a lot more motion in the arm - it is a big relief.
